Payment Methods

Order Processing

Once an order is confirmed, we will process and arrange shipment within 7 business days (excluding custom orders). In case of out-of-stock items or special circumstances, we will proactively contact you and provide a solution.

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping services. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, generally ranging from 5-20 business days (excluding custom orders). All jewelry items are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer return and exchange services within 14 days of receipt (excluding earrings). Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories. Customized or engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

Product Care and Warranty

All our jewelry products come with a quality guarantee. Lab-grown diamonds and lab-created gemstones come with relevant certificates (excluding melee stones).

Sizing and Adjustment

Ring sizing adjustment services depend on the item style. If adjustment is needed, please contact customer service first to confirm applicability and associated fees.

Limitation of Liability

This store is not liable for the following situations: delays or inability to fulfill due to force majeure (including but not limited to acts of God, war, government actions); delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer; damage caused by improper use or care by the customer after delivery of the product; delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers (we will assist with tracking but do not bear final responsibility). The total liability of this store shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the relevant order.

Prohibition of Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we find any of the following: providing false information or using someone else's identity; malicious returns or abuse of the return and exchange policy; credit card chargebacks or payment disputes; any conduct that violates laws or these terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for losses caused by fraud or abuse.
